What mobile apps does GBH Markets offer?
GBH Markets provides four mobile platforms: the native GBH Markets app (iOS and Android), MetaTrader 4 Mobile (iOS and Android), and MetaTrader 5 Mobile (iOS and Android). All four connect to the same GBH account, balance, and open positions. You can use all four simultaneously if you choose.
Are the mobile apps free to download?
Yes. All GBH Markets mobile apps are completely free to download and use. There are no subscription fees, platform charges, or in-app purchases. The only costs involved are the spreads and commissions on your trades, which are disclosed in our trading conditions.
Does the GBH app support Arabic?
Yes. The native GBH Markets app has a complete Arabic right-to-left interface on both iOS and Android. All menus, watchlists, charts, order panels, and account screens are fully localised. Change language in the app settings at any time. MT4 and MT5 mobile also support Arabic on iOS; on Android, set the language within the MetaTrader app settings.
Can I deposit and withdraw from the mobile app?
Yes. The GBH Markets native app supports deposits and withdrawal requests directly in-app. Available payment methods on mobile include Visa/Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH), and UAE Exchange. MT4 and MT5 mobile apps do not support deposits — use the GBH app or client portal for funding.
Can I run Expert Advisors on mobile?
No. Expert Advisors (EAs) cannot run on MT4 or MT5 mobile apps. EAs require the desktop version of MetaTrader to execute. However, you can monitor positions opened by your desktop EAs through the mobile app in real time. GBH Pro and Prime clients receive free VPS hosting to keep desktop EAs running 24/5 without a local machine.
Is biometric login available?
Yes. The GBH Markets native app supports Face ID on iPhone, Touch ID on iPhone and iPad, and fingerprint authentication on Android. Enable biometric login in the app security settings after your first login. Two-factor authentication (2FA) remains mandatory for all withdrawal requests regardless of biometric settings.
What devices and OS versions are supported?
GBH Markets native app requires iOS 14.0+ (iPhone and iPad) or Android 7.0+. MetaTrader 4 Mobile requires iOS 12.0+ or Android 4.4+. MetaTrader 5 Mobile requires iOS 13.0+ or Android 5.0+. All apps are optimised for the latest iOS and Android versions and receive regular updates.
How do I connect MT4 or MT5 mobile to GBH?
After downloading MT4 or MT5 from the App Store or Google Play, tap "New Account" → "Connect to an Existing Account" → search for "GBH Markets." Enter your MT4 or MT5 login number and password from your GBH welcome email. MT4 and MT5 have separate login credentials — both are provided at account opening.
