How do I apply to become a GBH IB?
Click "Become an IB — Apply Now" on this page. You'll complete a short online application providing information about yourself, your network, and how you plan to refer clients. Applications are reviewed by our IB team within 1 business day. Once approved, you receive instant access to your GBH IB portal with your unique referral link and code.
Is there a minimum number of clients I need to refer?
No. There is no minimum referral requirement to maintain your IB status. You earn commission on every client you refer regardless of whether you refer 1 or 1,000. The tier thresholds (Bronze/Silver/Gold) affect your commission rate but not your eligibility to participate in the programme.
Can I be a GBH client and an IB at the same time?
Yes. Many of our best IBs are also active GBH traders themselves. Having a live trading account is actually an advantage when referring clients — you can speak from personal experience about the platform, execution quality, and account features. Your personal trading account and IB account are managed separately in the portal.
Do commissions apply to Islamic account clients?
Yes. Your IB commission is identical for clients who open Islamic (swap-free) accounts as for those who open standard accounts. GBH does not deduct from your commission because a client uses an Islamic account — the swap-free status is entirely between GBH and the client and does not affect your earnings structure.
How and when are commissions paid?
Commissions are calculated daily and credited to your IB account. You can request a withdrawal at any time from your IB portal — funds arrive within 24 hours. Available withdrawal methods include bank transfer (all major GCC banks supported), UAE exchange houses, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). There is no minimum withdrawal amount for Silver and Gold tier IBs.
What happens if one of my clients upgrades to a Pro or Prime account?
Your commission continues at your applicable tier rate regardless of which account type your clients trade on. A client who upgrades from Standard to Pro or Prime is likely to trade larger volumes — which means more commission for you. Account type upgrades benefit both the client and the IB.
Can I have sub-IBs working under me?
Yes — Silver and Gold IBs can recruit sub-IBs who refer clients under your IB tree. As the master IB, you earn a share of the commissions generated by your sub-IBs' clients in addition to your own direct referral commissions. The sub-IB arrangement terms are negotiated with your GBH IB manager on a case-by-case basis.
What marketing materials does GBH provide?
All IBs receive access to a library of branded marketing materials including banners (all standard digital ad sizes), social media graphics, email templates, and educational content. Silver and Gold IBs additionally receive Arabic-language versions of all materials, custom landing pages branded with your IB code, and co-marketing support from the GBH marketing team for major campaigns or events.
