Account Questions

What is the minimum deposit to open a live account?
The minimum deposit is $100 for a Standard account, $1,000 for a Pro account, and $25,000 for a Prime institutional account. You can fund your account via bank wire, Visa/Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, USDT, Bitcoin, or UAE exchange.
How long does account verification take?
Most accounts are reviewed within 24 hours of document submission. You will receive an email once your account has been approved. During peak periods, verification may take up to 48 hours.
Can I upgrade my account type later?
Yes, you can upgrade from Standard to Pro or from Pro to Prime at any time by contacting your account manager or our support team. Your existing balance, open positions, and trading history will remain unchanged.
Is there an inactivity fee?
Yes, accounts with no trading activity for 90 consecutive days will be subject to a $10/month inactivity fee, deducted from the account balance. The fee stops as soon as trading activity resumes.
Can I open a demo account first?
Absolutely. GBH Markets offers a free demo account loaded with $10,000 in virtual funds. Demo accounts are available with no time limit and do not require any deposit or ID verification.
What documents do I need for KYC verification?
You will need a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driving licence) and a proof of address document dated within the last 3 months (bank statement, utility bill, or government letter). Documents should be clear, in colour, and show all four corners.
How do I activate an Islamic swap-free account?
You can select the Islamic swap-free option during the registration process. If you already have an account, email support@gbhfx.com with your account number and a request to activate the Islamic account feature. It will be activated within 24 hours at no cost.
What base currencies are available?
Standard accounts support USD, EUR and GBP. Pro accounts additionally support AED and SAR. Prime accounts support all major currencies. The base currency is set when you open your account and cannot be changed afterwards.
Are there any withdrawal fees?
GBH Markets does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees vary by method: bank wire withdrawals may incur a $25 processing fee; e-wallet withdrawals (Skrill, Neteller) are free; crypto withdrawals incur network fees only. Full details are available on the Payments page.
How many trading accounts can I have?
Verified clients may hold up to 5 live trading accounts simultaneously, in different base currencies or account types. Additional accounts can be opened from within your client portal with no additional verification required.
