Depositing Funds

Visit gbhfx.com/login.html and log in with your registered email and password. Your account must be fully verified (KYC approved) before making a deposit.

Navigate to Deposit
In your client dashboard, click "Deposit Funds". Select the trading account you want to fund (if you have multiple accounts).

Select Payment Method
Choose from card, e-wallet, crypto, bank wire, or MENA local methods. Enter your deposit amount (minimum $50–$500 depending on method).

Complete Payment
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment. For cards, 3D Secure verification is required. For crypto, send to the provided wallet address only.

Funds Credited
For instant methods (cards, e-wallets, USDT), funds appear in your trading account immediately. You will receive an email confirmation with the transaction reference.
Withdrawing Funds

Log In & Verify Identity
Log in to your client portal. Withdrawals require 2-factor authentication. Ensure your KYC is fully approved — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

Navigate to Withdraw
In your dashboard, select "Withdraw Funds". You can only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit (anti-money laundering requirement).

Select Amount & Method
Enter the withdrawal amount. Ensure your free margin is sufficient — you cannot withdraw funds that are being used as margin on open positions.

Finance Team Review
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team. Most withdrawals are approved within 4 business hours. Large withdrawals may require additional verification.

Funds Sent
Once approved, funds are sent to your selected method. E-wallet and crypto withdrawals arrive within 24 hours. Bank wire withdrawals take 2–5 business days.

Payment Questions

Are there any fees for depositing?
GBH Markets charges zero fees on all deposits, regardless of the payment method used. For crypto deposits, the only cost is the network transaction fee (blockchain gas or miner fee), which is paid to the network, not to GBH Markets. For bank wire deposits, your sending bank may charge an international transfer fee on their end.
How long do withdrawals take?
E-wallet withdrawals (Skrill, Neteller, Binance Pay) are processed within 24 hours. Crypto withdrawals (USDT, BTC, ETH) are processed within 24 hours. Card withdrawals take 3–5 business days (bank processing time). Bank wire withdrawals take 2–5 business days. All times are from the point of approval by our finance team.
Can I withdraw to a different payment method than I deposited with?
No. As per our AML policy, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. This is a regulatory requirement to prevent money laundering. If you deposited by Visa card, your withdrawal must go back to the same Visa card. If you deposited by USDT, withdrawals go back to USDT.
Is USDT TRC-20 or ERC-20 better for deposits?
TRC-20 (Tron network) is generally cheaper and faster than ERC-20 (Ethereum network) for USDT transfers, with network fees typically under $1. ERC-20 gas fees can be significantly higher during periods of network congestion. We recommend TRC-20 for most clients. Always confirm the correct network before sending — sending to the wrong network address will result in permanent loss of funds.
Can I deposit in AED or SAR instead of USD?
Yes. If you have an AED or SAR base currency account (available on Pro accounts), you can deposit in your local currency via local bank transfer or UAE/Saudi payment methods. The deposit will be credited to your account in the same currency. If your account is USD-based, AED/SAR deposits will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
My deposit hasn't appeared — what should I do?
For card and e-wallet deposits, please wait up to 30 minutes before contacting us. For crypto deposits, check the blockchain confirmation status using your transaction hash. For bank wire deposits, allow 3 business days. If the issue persists, email finance@gbhfx.com with your account number, the payment method used, the amount, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation. We will investigate and respond within 4 business hours.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal is $10 for e-wallets (Skrill, Neteller), $25 for PayPal and Binance Pay, $50 for cards and crypto, and $100 for bank wire transfers. All withdrawals are subject to your account having sufficient free margin (equity minus used margin). You cannot withdraw funds currently being used as margin on open positions.
How do I deposit via UAE Exchange?
To deposit via UAE Exchange or Al Ansari Exchange, log in to your client portal, select "Deposit", choose "UAE Exchange" as your method, and you will receive our beneficiary details and a unique deposit reference number. Take these details to any UAE Exchange or Al Ansari branch and make a cash or account transfer. Deposits are credited to your trading account the same business day once we receive confirmation.
